Here's some photos of my coop. Curious if I need more ventilation? I leave the side panel open during the day but close it at night due to size and weather. I leave the coop door open at the top of the ladder. There are small gaps around the roof line and above the best boxes.

I would say yes, you need more ventilation. The roof gaps and leaving the pop door open at night don't do much, while their roosting.
How big is the coop itself, it looks small (4 x 4)?
How old are your chickens?
Do they roost inside the coop at night?
Are they out in the yard a lot?
How often do you clean the coop out?

Hi, yes. They are in the yard most days. The coop is 4x5, 4x6 with best boxes. Run is 4x14. I clean it when it needs. When I'm gathering eggs, I'll hand pick big poo clumps. Chickens are 1-2 years.

The side vent is plenty ventilation when it's open, which I'm leaving it open tonight. It's finally not freezing. I may try to flip that bottom side vent to protect it from weather.

Yes, flipping the side vent would be a good idea. Then just use an eye hook to keep it open. I can't tell but, guessing the vent has hardware cloth covering the opening?

In my coop I have vents all the way around near the celing. On the back wall its about a three inch gap and 8 ft long the whole side of that wall and than triangle vents on the side and they don't have a little door for where the walk in its just always open. An my coop doesn't smell and have had no issues with the health of my birds.

Can you share a picture?

One place for sure is high on the coop wall over the pop door,
it should be well protected by the run roof.
I suggested this in your other thread.

Check after dark to see that they are not sleeping in the nests. You may have to cover nests between an hour before roost time until after full dark.
