Ventilation on my coop?

I can take an actual picture later but here's where it shows it on my blue prints to construct the add on to their coop. First pic is the back. Im goi my to move them or lower the roof on the add on but im nod sure yet and the second pic is of the side. Im going to keep an than do the same to the add on.

I’m going to pop some 2” holes like aart mentioned above the pop door roofline. I reversed the screen vent on the side so weather won’t affect the inside of the coop ( yet there should be enough ventilation ). I think this should do it?

I'd put some of those 2" hole on the wall opposite the pop door, put them up as high as possible. Put a bigger vent over the pop door, because it's protected by run roof, again as high as possible.

You can prop it open as much, or as little, as needed, depending on conditions.
