Ventilation suggestions?

Please tell me where you would place windows in this coop. Desperately need ventilation, not sure where to cut the wood.
I'm thinking the narrow, long, top section of the wall that meets the roof. I think all of that could come out on each side (left and right from the front door).
Thanks in advance.

I have no idea where Ulster Park is so no idea about your climate, but that's probably what I'd do as long as it does not weaken the structural strength of the building. It's hard for me to tell exactly how it is out together in that video. Open it up under the overhang and cover that with wire mesh to try to keep predators out of the coop. That will let in fresh air and light but keep out rainwater and snow. Leave that permanently open.

Clicking your 'Ulster Park' took me to NY....is that correct?
Best to add the state to your profile to avoid any confusion in the future.

The video is ok but hard to see some stuff.
I see a lot gaps in the walls, which should provide some ventilation but might not be great in winter.
I also see some holes in the roofing, do they let in rain?
It looks like the eaves, under the low edge of the roof, are closed off.
Opening those up, as RR has suggested, would be good.

Want you to confirm your location,
and tell us why you "Desperately need ventilation",
before offering further suggestions.

Hey! Yes I am in New York state. I "desperately" need to put in ventilation here because there really is none except for the gap in the peak of the roof that let's the rain in. Also, the gaps in the boards for the walls.
I didn't build this coop, but my aim is to improve it. I have made some improvements already like adding nest boxes, cleaning the litter once a month, and adding three roosting boards. Originally the only roost was the roost way up top. Many chickens struggled to get up to it and would have to do chicken parkour to get there. Some of them just slept in the little cubbies in the wall.
No one has perished due to an illness related to poor ventilation, from what I know since taking over this coop 1 year ago.

Thanks for feedback, will definitely be going with opening up under the eaves.
