I just clicked on the link to your wesbsite and saw the photos of your coop renovation. A picture is worth a thousand words
Looks like you have ample places to put traditional vents simply by cutting through those wood walls.
I'd start by putting some grilled vents along the floor on one side away from your roosts and include a vent up through the ceiling into the attic. Make sure the attic gets a lot of ventilation. You can make flaps to cover the vents on the most frigid of nights but make sure they're open on merely freezing days.
Again, to know how much ventilation it needs will be trial and error. If the windows are frosting up on a winter's day, there isn't enough so add more.
