VERY noisy single bird!!!

I hand raised one guinea fowl (had 6 eggs but she was the only one that hatched) and she is extremely attached to me, she sits on my lap and likes being stroked and handled etc and I love her very much but she is SO annoying!! I have neighbours on all sides, really, and im very sure they don't appreciate her constant screeching.... I'm aware they're very noisy anyway but is there any way I can shut her up haha?? I'm sick to the teeth of her noise. I don't particularly fancy being kicked out of my house because my useless ******* bird child is too noisy!

Would it help if I got another one? Or would that just double the noise haha? I'm nearly at my absolute end with her, I'm considering reforming her, but I love her too much :C

Absolutely! It's the same thing as if the first hatched chick is noisy- It's lonely. I would recommend getting a companion for her, as you see fit. My first hatched chick PEEPED & PEEPED & PEEPED until finally chick #2 hatched and they both were quiet and my ears stopped ringing

ah okay! I forgot to say that she is an adult, haha she only has one or two baby feathers left and her little horn-casque thing has a few fuzzy feathers left on it but she does the whole buck-wheat thing! very loudly! I'm going to try to get a boy for her :> i just hope it doesn't make the problem worse haha!
