Very sick duckling!!! Please help

I have a 3 week old ducking who is not right at all. This morning I noticed it couldn’t walk, and was crawling around ; I bought it inside and it’s breathing sounds like a paper bag is crumpling inside it (rattling almost). It is still eating and drinking, but it is constantly chirping and dozing off. Does anyone know what this could mean? Does it have a respiratory infection??? I’m very worried about him.

I am no means an expert in this but wondered if it was outside in the cold and what the temps are? I also have seen other posts ask about if it has been eating treats or anything other than its feed? If so, making sure they have grit....and alway access to water deep enough to dunk its' head in to clear out nostrils!

It sleeps inside the house under the heat lamp ; it only went outside because it was sunny and warm. I think it has hurt it’s leg and that’s why it’s so lethargic. I’m hoping it perks up in the morning
