Very very confused owner

I know this isn't a breed or gender question, but I have no idea where I would put this. I bought a beautiful buff brahma girl yesterday and the man I bought her from said she was 12 weeks old, but she's so tiny! He told me she was a standard sized chicken. Any advice on my little girl?

She is still growing. Brahmas are a slower maturing breed, so it might take longer to grow, or she just might be smaller for some reason. My light brahma pullet was about that size at the age, and she is a large fowl, so might be a slow grower than others.

Okay thank you because all my other girls (who are just a week older) are more than double that size
