Vet? Or home care?

I am a new duck owner and he/she started walking funny so I made different living arrangements for him/her. The gait is still off and now he/she is not walking properly. Could this be a deficiency or is this a bigger problem? I just want to get my little duck some help. Any advise is appreciated

Welcome to BYC! Of course a vet is always the best if that's an option.

That looks pretty serious, possibly slipped tendon (perosis), fracture, or something else. Can you post more pictures of it's legs and a video of it walking?

I will be home in about 4.5 hours from work. And I can definitely post more pictures and take him out to take a video

Maybe 2/3 weeks now. I’ve been trying different things to help him but nothing is working. It’s not getting better and now I’m worried it will carry to the other side if I don’t seek help

Nothing contagious...Deficiency in diet or a spinal injury like pinched nerves so feet don't work right...

I'm not thinking it diet really but something happened to his spine. I never use niacin or vitamins I'll call an advocate for that over. I'm not one..
I add in Peas and veggies. Cracked wheat. What are you feeding?

My duck and chickens are together so I have starter feed for both in one coop.
