I just used acv to clean my incubator after a failed hatch. I don't have anyway to put it outside to air out, I rinsed it very well, and plugged it back in. It has a very faint vinegar odor. Is that safe if I set eggs this evening?

I've never used ACV to clean out my incubator. I usually use Clorox wipes and rinse in the shower. I have to admit that I also don't dry it, if I plan on using it right away. I would rinse it until you no longer smell it. Hope it helps. Michele

I went ahead and made an EXTREMELY weak bleach solution and used that as well. The smell is gone now, I'm just waiting on it to reach temp.
