Went to Radio Shack and loaded up on the latest high tech wizardry in surveillance. Cameras, monitors, motion detectors, sensors, alarms, you name it. The contractor that did the system design even added a room to the main residence (I have been needing more space in this place anyway) for the new operations center and all the equipment.
Fortunately, the company that engineered the project is connected and they let me put the whole thing on credit. Spent right near $48,000 dollars and it didn't cost me a penny! Radio Shack was so gracious they opened a charge card and put it all on there. Then I took a second mortgage at the bank and opened a line of credit on my house for paying the contractor that built the room addition. That didn't cost anything either. Gave him a blank check and he is going to let me know how much he wrote it out for when he gets back from vacation. I am not worried because he said he was going to be gone for like six months. Europe or something. Took his whole family. Super nice guy!
Anyway, I know some of you may not have thought of doing the Virtual Fence thing. But I figured the politicians have to be smarter than me. And with all them brains running the government and The Department of Homeland Security, well... I just figured if they think a Virtual Fence is good enough to protect you and me and our families, the virtual fence should work equally well with chickens! And just think, with all the money I spent it has to be good! So no doubting Thomas' remarks please.
Also, the virtual fence looks great! If you didn't know how much it cost you might not even know it's there! I told you them government people are smart!
But wait, here's the best part of the deal... I am typing this on a brand spanking new 52" super high definition megapixel monitor in my safe room! They wired my old computer (well, sorry, I can't fib... it is a whole new computer... what can I say...) This... ALL of your coops, runs, and chickens are now looking especially grand! And speaking of looking - if you want to see my new high tech super security virtual fence, simply click the virtual link below and tell me what you think!
