We are finally up and semi-running. 
Here is our new coop - not painted yet, and there are some modifications I'd like to make. The ramp needs steps, need an additional roosting board, need to find a way to keep rain from leaking into the nesting boxes and I think I'm going to go ahead and fashion a bigger, fenced in run for my little fluffballs. Particularly when I add the two new chickens tomorrow.

Honestly, if producing our own fresh eggs were not such a huge draw for me, I'd have nothing but silkies. They're such little sweethearts. <3
