Vommiting Chick

Help! I'm a new chick owner and one of my girls (about 3-4 weeks old) is really struggling. It seems to be something wrong with her crop. Whenever she drinks anything she regurgitates it all back up within 30 seconds after. I've been massaging her crop which felt similar to a hackie sack and she has had a bit of olive oil as well. Her crop has definitely gone down significantly in size over the last couple of hours but the water is still coming up. I removed the food just for tonight while she slept which was advised. Please let me know if anyone has any insight!

Now the water is coming up randomly not even just after she drinks. She is also incredibly hot to the touch.
