Welcome to BYC! Vulturine guinea fowl are very expensive and anyone willing to sell you eggs is absolutely a scammer. No one responsible or reputable sells eggs from very valuable birds because shipping is so hard on eggs. A 50% hatch rate is typical for shipped eggs. So you'd be paying for extremely expensive eggs where half would likely not make it, and any eggs sold the seller would not be able to hatch themselves where the eggs would have a much better chance. I'd recommend looking for a juvenile pair in the fall.
