W breed do you think this is, and do its wings look normal?

I think it's some sort of Bantam. It has feathers on it's feet, and four toes. I'm not sure if the feathers are normal, or not. They look dry or something. The other one I have like this, has a black beak and 5 toes but doesn't have black skin and is fluffier. Opinions please!
In the second picture you see it on the left and the fluffy one's on the right.

The one on the right in the second and last photo is a poor quality Silkie.

The one on the left in each photo and up top is probably a Cochin.
 
Thanks. I was told I was getting two white Silkies, lol. Do frizzle cochins' make good pets?
 
Every frizzle I've had was far more "frizzled" than that by that age.

The other could also be a Silkie, but, a very very poor quality one. Which does happen. I've seen some with absolutely no black pigment, some with single combs, some with missing fifth toe, it happens in hatchery stock.

Thanks. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what I end up with. At what age should I be able to determine the sex? If they're Roos I can't keep them :(
