Waddle and Head Questions PLEASE HELP

My RIR's waddles are looking very pale/white at he base of them. Its just a small part of the waddle and I just noticed it today. Should I be worried?

AND

The same hen has a growing bald spot on her head. It started just at the base of her comb and now her whole head has almost no feathers. She also started to loose some feathers on her back. What could this be?

I am not sure on the wattle question but do you have a roo? The feather loss sounds like an aggressive roo. They grab on with their beak right behind the comb and their claws an cause loss on the back if they are rough.
