Good Morning!!!

Mornings can be rough for some but not for this Mama.I'm up at 4:30 each weekday, 6:00 on weekends ready to start a new day. Running a homestead is a busy life and someones gotta do it. I like to wake up with beverage in hand and enjoy to quite moments before the kids or husband wake up, even before the dog decides to get up. Its just me and the beautiful sounds of baby chicks peeping "good morning" in the background

So turn on that coffee pot or tea pot and lets welcome the new day together!!


The purpose of this thread is just friendly conversation. I personally love catching up with friends each morning, since its the one time of day I'm not super busy until after my kids leave for school. I look forward to chatting with y'all and making some new friends here at backyard!!

Morning. Welcome to BYC. I am not usually up this early on a Saturday but woke up thinking about breeds I want to put in the incubator for next hatch, so there was no going back to sleep after that. I have Folgers also but it is French Roast.
Been up most of the night checking for rodents in the coop I think I finally blocked them.

4 days not a sign or sighting of one!

Welcome! I woke up thinking of breeds to Puddin Fluff! My mother and I are replenishing her stock and she is having an awful time deciding on all the breeds she'd like to include. I think she changes her mind every three days lol.

Well, we have some vacation plans so I am trying to think about how to get the eggs I want ordered/ready for the day after we return. I am already holding off till summer and it is driving me crazy.

When I see one I like mostly from forums here
I right click on it
click on the save as selection
choose a folder to save in from the drop down menu.
and then type in a name
and click save
I have a folder in My Documents I named emoticons and save them to there. then I upload them just like a picture from the button on the top of this box.
Easy enough?

We'll see! I am about to try it. My problem is I really like working on my desk top computer because the screen is big and it has a real key board but I am often on line with my tablet or checking with my phone. Both of which are harder to navigate. I think the Android apps and this site don't always like each other.

Or maybe it is just the operator?
