Do they have places they can get out of the wind? A healthy bird shouldn't have problems if they can stay dry and out of the wind. I have a shed, the coop, and some boarded fences that they can get behind when they want out of the wind. You can reaclimate her gradually by putting her out during the warmest parts of the day, gradually increasing the time out.

I just brought her outside to free range with the flock since it is sunny and less windy then earlier. I'm just not sure if I want to let her roost with them or if I should bring her back in for tonight.
 
That's a judgement call on your part. I would base it on all the variables you are dealing with, and do what you think is right. You can stretch it out over a few days, lengthening the time each day, if that works better for you and for her, and she seems to be doing well.
