For your chicks to hatch on February 1st (02/01) you will need to put them in the incubator on January (this month) 11th. But you could play safe and put them in on the 10th for any late hatchers.
It takes 21 days for a chicken egg to hatch.

Thanks! That’s what I was thinking. I’m out of town the 28-30 of January, so I didn’t want anything hatching while I was out.

Well then you'd be best to put them in on the 11th or 12th. They can hatch early.
