We started out with 8 straight run chicks in May, and after losing three to various health issues, we're left with 5 that have all turned out to be healthy, rambunctious boys that will need to be rehomed or made into dinner soon since we can't keep them in city limits. There's no point in us keeping the coop empty once the boys are out, so we'd like to buy a few pullets to fill it back up, and to be sure we get the pets and egg-layers we were hoping for in the first place. Age-wise, I'd like them to be somewhere in the 10-20 week range and I'd like the three girls to be good laying breeds and to have contrasting colors. Bonus points if one or more of them are bearded just because I love the puffy cheeks
