Wanted: Black Copper Marans Rooster (French Standard): VA

Our sweet, Blue Marans Rooster has suffered a freak accident (broke his back from a fall) and after giving him time to heal and despite veterinary assistance, we now know that he will not live a pain free life and we must let him go. We are seeking a nice, experienced rooster who will not beat up our girls or attack us. Ideally, our guy will be a Black Copper (French), but we would also consider a Blue if he is a nice guy and needs a home. We are located near Richmond, VA.
