!!! Wanted chicken sitter around Dallas/ TX metroplex !!!

I am hoping someone or anyone can point me to the right direction with this request! I'm planning to be out of town for about 3 weeks in November - over Thanksgiving and really, really hope to find someone or a resource that can assist me with looking after the chickens (3 hens).

Any input/ suggestion is greatly appreciated!
