Wanted smallish young rooster - friendly with people - northern wv

I am wanting a young rooster that is on the smallish side, but not a bantam - who is friendly with people and good to his lady friends..
would prefer a brown egg laying breed, but it really does not matter.
not too far from preston co. wv please.
