Wanted: Somebody to hatch quail eggs for me in or near Kingston NY

I was going to start with Coturnix this spring, but my borrowed incubator fell through and I'm not in a position to buy one. My husband has been unemployed for seven months and I was really hoping save some money by raising them. Is there anybody who I can beg to incubate some eggs for me, pretty please?
