Hi we have thinned our flock to 3 hens..its very sad 
...Trying to find Speckled Sussex pullets and 1 Roo. We do not breed or eat our chickens. They are our pets and enjoy them alot. We are having a hard time finding any sussex in our area. Would be willing to meet after receiving pictures. We are located in Bunkerhill WV about 10 mins over the VA State line. About 15 mins from Martinsburg WV. We are willing to travel 1-2 hours. The speckles we are looking for are the reddish/maroon ones with black and white speckles. Please if anyone knows anyone that is selling some for a reasonable price ..please please contact me. I looked online as far away as DC and they are wanting $30 a hen..thats way out of our budget. Please get back with me if you have any..its very lonely in my coop and yard Thanks
