We are looking to purchase 3 or 4 pullets (not baby chicks - we want to be able to put them directly into the coop) to replace ones lost (sadly) to a bear. We have now upgraded their coop and installed an electric fence to prevent this from happening again and our one remaining Delaware hen is lonely! NO roosters please. We are actually in Paisley and would like to get these as close to home as possible -- Deland or Daytona are East of us, Leesburg is South. And Eustis, Tavares, Mount Dora are all close-by. Any responses or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We treat our hens like family and are willing to pay a reasonable price. Thank-you!
