Wanted: Trade Chicken Eggs for Turkey Eggs - Ohio

I am looking for a dozen turkey eggs to hatch out, raise, and butcher for Thankgiving. I not really up on the breeds of turkeys out there so help me out matching what I want with breed characteristics, but I am wanting a breed that is good for eating and something that will reach 15-25 pounds in 4-5 months. With not wanting these to be ready until Thanksgiving, I may need to wait a month before gettiing them to time it out right with Thanksgiving. I have Light Brahmas, Speckled Sussex, Buckeyes, BCM, Buff Orpingtons, and Barnevelder available to trade.
