Warning..GRAPHIC PHOTOS..need some more advice please

I have searched her for mites, searched the coop last nite for them and don't find any sign of bugs. Her nasty spots under her wings are really really bad. They smell and it looks like the skin is "eaten" away?.. It's very dried up looking and lots of raised crusty spots I am finding all over, more than just in the wing area.

Interesting... Fungal or bacterial infection maybe? Maybe cutaneous Marek's?

I just recently lost two to mareks last month. But it was the parlyzed legs type of mareks. My question is can I have more than one type of mareks hit my flock at one time?
