Wart/ bump on eye

We recently separated one of our chickens after we saw her standing around with her feathers all puffed up. I was cleaning out the crate we have her in and she seemed to be having a hard time balancing but she now has this growth on her eye? What's wrong with her? As far as I have seen none of the flock has any of these symptoms-

It resembles a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma. But it possibly could be a cyst or peck wound that has a scab. How does it feel, hard or soft? Can you look her over for any other of those skin bumps on other parts of her body. I would probably just watch it to see if it grows. Take more pictures if it does and post here.

I had something like that near one of my hen’s eyes. Not sure what it was, but I messed with it and accidentally kind of opened it up. I put some cream on it once and that’s all. After I did that it just started going away. I wish I got more pictures when it was growing.
The pictures are all over a course of a bit over 2 months.

I believe I only used Triple Antibiotic cream. Not sure what else I would have used.
