Was hatching silkies

I got these eggs off of ebay and they hatched and then they crocked can anyone tell what the problem was.Was hoping they would be okay but wasn't for my birthday on the 12 of this month but didn't happen and they were suppose to be white.I was so sad was really wanting them.
