Was my leg-feathered cuckoo maran picking on its claws?

I went to get eggs just now and I found a lot of blood in my coop. My cuckoo maran had a bloody beak and was bleeding in one of its claws. I was wondering what was happening if they are on their own because early this morning when I fed, I found a lot of speckled feathers on the ground. I checked all the other hens if one had bloodied beak but didn't find any, did see some blood on one of the cinnamon queen's right side. The cuckoo maran is now at the garage inside a hamper with some feed. What do I do in this case? I will go back to the coop because they gave me 5 eggs yesterday and so far I got 3, there should be 2-3 more. I have 5 queens that are of laying age, don't know their age but their crowns and wattles are pretty big and reddish. The other 4 are slightly younger and the maran belongs to the younger group.

I checked on my hen again and talked to it for a while in a gentle tone and just stayed to watch and saw it picking on its feet! There's plenty of food in the cage but it's still picking on its feet. What do I do? This is a little frustrating and frightening for me. Thanks for your comments.

There was just too much blood everywhere earlier and yes, I think a toenail is about to get torn.
