Ordered from meyer hatchery and this is supposed to be a blue orpington. Is it a mix of lavender and blue?

They say the chick could be blue, black or splash. I ordered an egg from Meyers, it was a blue orpington, but it was black.

I ordered a black split to lavender egg. and it was lavender.
