Last year i incubated my first eggs.
I got the eggs from a local farm here.. 12 eggs in which 6-7 hatched but only 6 survived. At least I think so. I had one that hatched half way and I think it died so I threw it out 1-2 days after the initial 6 hatched. It wasn't moving at all any more, but anyway I didn't think I should wash them before putting them in the incubator. Is that something you should do before putting them in the incubator? When I received the eggs there was 1 lone feather from the chicken. lol.
i'm hoping to get an incubator to hatch more eggs so I am wondering should I wash them before incubating?
