Water bellied hen

We found out our barnevelder hen who is right at a year old, is water bellied about 2 months ago.
We have drained her and then she was doing great. We drained her for the 2nd time about 2 weeks and she was doing great. But the last two days it’s almost like she loses mobility in her legs. She will be up walking and then fall and have issues getting back up.
Is there anything else we can do to help her live a more comfortable life?

Personally I've never dealt with Ascites aka water belly. That said, I'd most likely cull the bird.
