Water belly or crop issue?

I found 1 of my hens sitting on the ground of the run this morning. She’s having trouble walking. I took a couple pics. Not sure if it’s a crop issue or water belly? I attached a couple photos if someone can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.

How old is she? Has she been laying eggs recently? Has it been hot where you live in case she weak from dehydration or heat exhaustion? Did you feel of her crop this morning to see if her crop had emptied overnight? Is her lower belly enlarged under her vent? Is she starting to molt? Have you seen any yellow urates in her droppings?

She’s almost 1 yr old. I can’t say if she’s been laying recently I have so many hens. It does appear to be the crop. I felt under her beak and there is swelling and it feels rock hard. It’s not been that hot here the last week & I keep plenty of cool fresh water available. Doesn’t appear to be molting. I isolated her in a quarantine pen for now. I’ll have to check the poop.
