Water belly or more serious issue

My black sexlink has a very swollen backend. Was having diarrhea but that is better. She walks like a duck and points her tail down. A bit lethargic but is still eating and drinking. She is stll keeping her place in the ranks but I am definitely concerned. I did a visual & digital exam and do not see or feel an egg being stuck. So I did try to drain her and got bloody serous fluid back. I have given her vitamins and minerals, shes been wormed and I have given eggs, hot pepper flakes, cocunt oil. I'm out of ideas, any suggestions?

When was her last egg?

Have you given Calcium Citrate with D3? If not, then I'd start her on 1 tablet daily for a week.

She may have some type of reproductive disorder like Cancer, Salpingitis or other similar issue, hard to know.

Ok thank you I have given calcium carbonate 1 time I will go to the store & buy calcium citrate w d3 tomorrow. I'm open for anything. Not sure when her last egg was. She & her sister all lay similar eggs hard to tell them apart but she is getting older ( 4+ yrs) i feel she's not be laying at all. Again I did check for egg bound. Did not see or feel any eggs or partial eggs. Thank you for the suggestion I will try.

I wouldn't feel for an egg anymore.

If she's not lethargic, you can give her a soak in a warm epsom salts bath to see if that gives her some relief.

Do you feel she is bloated with fluid in the abdomen? I know you tried to drain and the fluid was bloody, that's not very good
