Water belly

My GLW has a large squishy bump below her vent. Pics are attached. She's eating, laying and acting completely normal otherwise. I noticed it when I gave her a bath yesterday to wash off a lot of poop that was stuck in her feathers. Could it be water belly?

The pictures didn’t show up. An enlarged lower abdomen can be a sign of fat, a hernia, internal laying, and water belly. How old is she? Does she have any missing feathers?

She's almost a year and a half. I'm not sure if she's missing feathers in that area or if the swelling is making it look like she is
