Water drop at the roof of the beak what is it

This is week 3 of having my therapy hen every once in a while I notice a water drop forming at the roof of her beak can anyone tell me what this means and is it a cause for concern the picture I am posting is from the first day she came home and was quite stressed this day as she came from her farm to Pratt’s pets in the morning then as soon as the store opened and we picked her out another hour long journey to her new home

Is this after drinking water?

Does she have any mucous or lesions inside the beak?

Does she pant during the day? Is she hot?

Hard to know what's going on with her. Is she a lone hen? She may do better outdoors where she can have some sun, dirt and fresh air.
