Water & Feed

This is our tractor. Chickens have been in coop part for 2 days with food and water. My question is, should i put water and feed in the run? Or let them go up stairs to eat and drink.

I only have water and feed in the coop they go in and out all day from the run as they want.

I have a 2nd waterer in the run to make sure that have plenty of water. They can go into the coop for feed and water anytime.
