I just got some horizontal water nipples. What should be a good height to install them at for bantam to use as well as full size chickens?

Eye level works best, so either set it for the biggest bird but put some step-up blocks next to it for the smaller birds, or set somewhere in between the ideal heights.

I usually set my height for my big gals and use step-ups for the little ones. Horizontal nipples work the best when the bird does not have to bend down to far to grab that water drop. You birds will thank you for taking the time to set the nipple height, just right. Just like a stool at a fountain for kids to get a drink, everyone seems to know how to use it.

Perfect. I will set them around eye level and provide and small step for the little ones to use. Thanks for the replies
