Water lettuce/Water Cabbage can my ducks have some

In there kiddie pool?

My water pond is overun with them again

so could i float some in the ducks kiddie pool? i know my shubunkin nibble on them so they are edible? but not sure if they'd be duck safe.

Wow, I don't know. I do know that it has been a challenge to find a list of safe versus toxic plants.

I know rhubarb is not good for ducks.

I know this is a year since the ??? was posted, but water cabbage/lettuce will burn mouth, lips and throat. If ingested, it will also start on kidney (human or bird). It has to be boiled and then it is still possible to cause harm is ingested. Hope this helps anyone!
