Hey guys, I recently acquired a pvc waterer. I am looking for some kind of float system, perhaps with a pole that can signify what the water level is at. Any ideas out there in BYC land?

Here you go, thanks for looking!

Should be able to easily tap into the side of that near the bottom and attach a piece of clear tygon tubing to show level.

As far as a level indicator...

You could drill a 1/4" hole in the lid of the waterer. You could stick a 1/4" dowel rod that is the length of the waterer through the hole in the lid. Then you could stick the dowel rod into a large piece of closed cell foam.

This way when it's full there's a long dowel rod sticking out the top. If the dowel rod is barely sticking out of the top then it is almost empty...
