Water nipples, anyone used them for Silkies, Polish or Sultans?

We're concerned our Silkies, Polish and Sultans won't see them as they don't see 'up' so well...Any experience with them and these birds?!?! Thanx in advance!!

I use them for my Spitzhauben (horizontal nipples) - and I've got a couple hatchery hens that are basically polish (huge crests) and they do fine.


I wouldn't suggest using vertical nipples (not because of the bird type) because they're just poorly designed, and leak.
