What kind of waterer setup do you have for adult ducks? Our six ducks will be moving outside in a week and are 7 weeks old. We are currently using a gallon waterer (that has to be refilled quite often) and a gallon jug with a hole cut in the side to clean their heads.

I use gallon buckets and if your worried about them climbing inside put a piece of scrap wood over half and a brick etc to hold it there. It also helps to keep them from splashing all the water out. I use 1-2-3 gallon buckets.

This is one of my heated buckets but I do the same with unheated too.

Hi,

I took 2- 5 gallon water cooler jugs... (you know the ones at a typical office) and I cut the bottom 3-4" off of one the took the other and hung it by rope wrapped around the top. It always keeps the bottom tray (cut out bottom of other jug) full. Works excellent. I will post a picture...:D
