Watery green poo

My 8 week old has green very watery poo. Like the poo is solid but comes out in water. Normally is green. She has a diet of eggs and chicken food. Should I be worried

Are you feeding eggs every day?
What exact feed are you using and does this bird free range at all?

I had a chicken with similar poo. I think she might have had a too soft diet if you understand what I'm saying and she was always in the green grass feild part of the yard and honestly might have had too many greens. We soaked her butt a few times (almost every night for a couple days) to prevent blockage cause she was building up poo against her vent as it stuck to her feather. It pretty much self resolved but I still keep a close eye on her. Hope this could help in some way.
