Watery poo

My one year old olive egger has some loose stools going on-
She is acting normal and eating normal, although she passed a thin, broken egg this morning and tends to have thin-shelled eggs.
Last week I had a hen mysteriously die from a possible respiratory disease (breathing very labored at end).
Wondering if I should be concerned about this poo situation. Thank you!

How is she doing? It might be worms. I’ve seen other poo posts that water poop can be a sign of worms

She’s fine! I don’t know maybe it was a fluke. My friend says it could have been from drinking too much water. Thanks for asking!

I shouldn’t have as many pictures of poop on my phone as I do. Lol. I’m glad she is better.
