My 3 yr old RIR hen has an injury (don't know from what) on one of her wattles and maybe her comb. The wattle is slightly swollen and warm. The comb is not swollen or warm just a little dried blood on it. How can I treat the wattle? She seems fine otherwise, no symptoms at all. She's the only one like this (out of 5).
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

I would just let it heal on it's own, if the bleeding has stopped. My chicken had her comb injured last week and it healed in a matter of 3 days without any of my intervention except for wiping the blood off with a wet papertowel.

Clean wound with sterile saline or other appropriate liquid that is at hand, apply antiseptic, perhaps Blue-Kote if you have to keep other chickens from pecking. Keep a good eye on her, make sure eating and drinking and perhaps isolate for a day so that no dirt gets into wound and can rest. Should be fine again soon.

Actually, what I suggested is probably 'overkill', as the other poster suggested, it may clear up by itself. Depends on how severe it is... :)
