Wazine 17 Question. Really Confused

I bought some Wazine 17 wormer form tractor supply. My question is it says not to use in egg layers because it gets in the eggs and are not eatable. But you can eat the chickens after 14 days. Wow do not understand that. Read many forums that say wait 2 weeks before eating eggs again and just throw away you should be fine. So any help would be appreciated greatly. So confused

Most wormers are not approved for chickens, but most people use them with a 2 week withdrawal. If I were you I would return the Wazine, and get SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer or Valbazen. You have to give them to each chicken orally, but they treat more than just the roundworms that Wazine treats. Dosage is 1/2 ml orally, and repeat in 10 days. You can give the SafeGuard 3-5 days in a row to get the rare chicken worms.
