Wazine 17 to treat eye worms?

Hi all. Could not find valbazen at rural King to treat eye worms. Can I use wazine 17 for eye worms? Just one chicken has it. What would be the dosage?

Wazine will only kill round worms, no others.

Valbazen is not sold at all feed stores. You may have to ask them to order it for you. Or order it from the Internet.
