We found a chick! HELP

We found a chick out in our field while riding foyrwheelers and its barely breathing. It has a little cut on its eye and head. Caj anyone tell me how to save it?! It doesnt look more than a week old. It wont drink or nothing. Help!

You will carefully have to drip water in its beak but very carefully or you can get it in its lungs
If you can give it vitamins and electrolytes it usually comes in a packet at the feed store called save a chick. You can try to get her to drink that
Set up a brooder for her and a brooder light you can get this from the feed store too.keep her warm
The brooder should have a warm and cool side. You should find everything you will need at the feed store tell them your situation and they can help you get set up.poor little baby! She will need all these things soon! You can try feeding her chick started mashed in water and see if she will eat. You must get fluids in her soon even if you have to dribble it on her beak and hopefully she will drink! I wish you luck! Keep her warm and try your best

By the time I could get into town all the feed stores were closed so hopefully the chick makes it til morning!

Boil an egg and mash it quite fine or even give some yogurt....also she/he need to drink.....bless it's heart, hope they make it!

Hope that your chickie makes it. Trying to get some mashed egg or yogurt into her sounds like the best plan and water is really important. Since you couldn't get a heatlamp you will need to find a way to keep it warm. You can use canning jars filled with hot water and wrapped in tinfoil. She can also live in a cardboard box as long as there are holes for air.

Well i'm very sad to say that the little chick didn't make it. I believe it had some internal injuries.... It was just pitiful. Atlease it died warm and hopefully happy! Thanks everyone for your concerns.
