We got a new calf today!!! :)

[Mrs. Fluffy Puffy]

Our neighbor came by this morning and gave us a little heifer. She is very big. Shes' abou 3 weeks old. Her mother wouldn't care for her so he brought her to us. ( We are already bottle feeding another calf besides this one we just got. ) She is a creamy white creamy brown color. She has the biggest floppy ears you've ever seen! I've already fallen inlove with her!

I'll post pictures of her tomorrow.

Can't wait for pics! Wish my neighbor would come over and give me free heifers! Ok, so he does, but I don't think it counts when it's my dad, and believe me, I work for those heifers!

I wish I could have a calf! But I know for sure the girls [my horses] would run one to death, they have done it once already to a neighbors show calf... thank god we didn't have to pay for her. I want pics Fluff!

We named her Dolly.

How sweet wish we could find a heifer .... have a bottle raised steer but I want to keep one

not just eat it!!! Would love to have a cow to milk !!! Are you going to keep yours or are they a project?
